A Grounded Approach to Ritual
Ritual here is not about performance, belief, or spectacle.
It is approached as a human way of creating meaning and coherence during times of passage, healing, or self-exploration, helping something be acknowledged, released, or welcomed.
All ritual work is:
Simple and non-dramatic
Invitational and consent-based
Shaped collaboratively
Responsive to your needs and capacity
Nothing is imposed. Everything emerges through listening.
“It was a beautiful and heart opening session. Ben held a welcoming space, a safe space, to be open and explore new understanding of myself in a new setting. He allowed me access to a forgiveness and love that I needed reminding of.”
— Kyle
“The session allowed space for deepening into those more challenging feelings that I tend to close my doors to.
It felt very supportive to start building a dream team of companion plants that helps one to remember the beauty, to feel inspired, to dream and to pay attention to what we sometimes don’t.".
— Tito
